I wen t to Bob Tyler Toyota because I saw a blue 2016 Prius on car-fax that I thought I liked. Upon seeing it---well, I was rather disappointed! (In my mind O was thinking “I'll go back to carfax—they have a larger inventory.) But as my salesman Roch Mechrek had me drive the blue 2016 Prius all around the lot, pointing out one Prius after another while inquiring about what was important to me and what I was willing to pay. My fiance doesn't use Facebook and wanted me to post this for him: I recently bought a car at Bob tyler toyota and Kim was my sales person. She was so kind and so laid back with the whole process. She never pushed anything on me or anything like that. If you go to Bob Tyler Toyota, ask for Kim if possible!
Bod Tyler Toyota did a great job helping me get the 2018 Toyota Tundra Platinum that I wanted. Mainly my sales associate, Brandon Gonzalez worked beyond what I was normally use to when buying a new car and made it possible for me to get the exact truck I wanted. I will be recommending him to friends and go back to him when it is time to buy my next car.
I was looking to trade my 2011 Prius on a “white” 2018 Prius Three. Even though Bob Tyler did not show one in their online inventory, I decided to stop in for a test drive. I am so happy I did. Great service and explanation of the differences between vehicles as well as financing and warranty options. Roch, our salesperson, and Christopher, the business manager, were especially helpful. Roch paid great attention to both my needs in a vehicle as well as my budget. Christopher helped me understand the legal and financial paperwork that comes along with a car.
