I love their car wash. I feel like it really gets the grit and salt off of the car in the winter and the sap and pollen off in the summer. Attendants are always helpful

Never had a problem before but this time, not only did the car not get clean, but it felt like I'd gotten hit somehow, and the front license plate was half ripped off.

If I didn't have a 3 wash through Groupon I would never ever have my car wash there again. Once my car was wash the dryer comes on and I wasn't aware that it was a stationary dryer, to Bobby & Steve's Auto World they gave free basic wash to dry my car. The dryer did a terrible drying job.

Went to the central ave location to redeem my voucher and the car wash was shut down and wasn't given a reason why. I then went to the Washington ave location and their pre-wash pressure washer was broken however the car wash was working. The temperature was in the upper 20's so i doubt it was weather related.

It was a terrible car wash. I had to run my car through 2 times and there was still snow on it.
