I couldn't ask for anything more. I drove down from North Dakota, and walked-in for an oil change. They did the oil change and sent me photos of the codes currently on my vehicle. All in all, took about 28 minutes. They called upon completing and explained to me the issues. It was my fault for bringing my dog, but during my oil change I was simply able to walk my dog and grab a coffee from Bobby and Steve's Convenient store across the street. Do not trust them to do a solid fair priced job! I had a battery replaced - price was way overpriced (400$) and even worse, they did not make sure the connections were solid or clean. So I had battery problems again! I did not trust them to fix the issue, since they overcharged and couldn't do a simple job right in the first time. Take your vehicle some where else.
I used this place for years with all of my cars. This last time they tricked me saying that the warranty will pay a certain amount. I called them twice to go over the balance and to make sure that warranty will pay a certain amount. They agreed twice that warranty will pay specific amount and I told them to go ahead with repair. Now after the car got fixed they are saying that they never agreed to the amount. Not only that they tricked me they lied. They wil be hearing from my lawyer.
Charged way more than what was agreed upon even after all tire installation fees and taxes. They did not include a TPMS fee, random shop supplies fee, and extra 4% non cash premium until after they performed services. Slimy tactics
I wish I read this review of this circus place before I trusted them. We had issue with the car and one price was said multiple times but when car got done price went double. Parts thatbdo not have anything to do with repairs were replaced without even considering to give us FYI.
