I was told when I brought in my car there was an hour wait. 2½ hours later my vehicle was done. I am not looking for anything more than a "hey sorry about the wait" and maybe after an hour and a half they could have told me they were running a little long. But no apology, nor any mention of it being over double the time they told me. Second with that card there was a check engine light diagnostic. There needs to be a better rinse off at the end. I had a bit of soap residue left over on my car.
Eden Prairie Bobby & Steve's is amazing inside and out !!!
My friends and I call them "Bobby and Thieves", a moniker to reflect their high prices for car repairs. You can go about anywhere else and pay about one half of their prices.
The Bloomington\Edina station should go watch how the people work in the Eden Prairie station! I will go to the Eden Prairie station, they are awesome! I went in to get a headlight fixed and the were very good at what they do. The Bloomington cashier didnt even look up at me when I bought the car wash.
It was easy the assistant scanned in the bar code explained how it worked and I was off getting my car washed. Everyone was supper friendly. Business done well!

I would like the groupon better if I could've gotten all 6 carwash codes at once rather than having to go into the store each visit. I understand the logic on their part...get people into the store so maybe they'll buy merchandise...but it's kind of annoying.
Your staff was very courteous and helpful.They took the Groupon in stride and seemed very happy to have me there.I'll be back after my Groupon expires
