The staff who helped me (Bob) was approachable and professional. He worked around my schedule to ensure I didn't have to miss any work while he got a tire in for a quick change and the rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for basic car maintenance.
My coolant hose exploded mere blocks from the shop. I was so lucky. The guys were super nice and immediately took a look at my car. This was a Saturday morning. The hose was replaced first thing Monday morning at what I feel was a very reasonable price. As I waited for them to see what was wrong, it was clear this is a neighborhood hub, where the regulars are well known. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Well I can't say enough good things about this place, up until 4 weeks ago I'd never even seen the place open, but that's changed! The crew over at this location really knows how to treat people! They do all kinds of car work like brakes, tires, towing, and engine work. The prices are fair, mechanics are great and the management really changed my opinion of the gas station I didn't even know was open a month ago! I got a flat tire in downtown Mpls. tonight. Thank goodness for Bobby and Steve’s. Was able to drive there and got a a few new tires - as I had another tire with excessive tread wear - and back on the road in one hour. Terrific service and a fair price. Thank You!
STEVE IS A BAD HUMAN BEING. He lies makes up stories to fit his agenda . Do not be fooled. This man would lie, cheat, and steal from his own mother. I don't understand how people haven't gotten together to file a class action lawsuit against that business. Actually that's a really good idea.
