I had some issues with the parts guys here at this location blowing us off, not returning calls, ordering wrong parts. Then their system kept having difficulties ordering. As an owner/operator my machine not working far exceeds any maintenance costs... So my mechanic and I both addressed them. Got the Honcho over here Tim Ziegler. Not only did he make it right, but he sent someone out way to AP to service the machine, gave me the parts on the house and followed up personally. I went 3 weeks ago to corpus Christi Bobcat , I ordered a engine cooling fan ,metal a small gasket ,snap ring ,a small one for older 753 $120.00 cash ,I pay Cash parts guy says 1 week to my door 2 weeks go by , lost 2 jobs , waiting on parts , get a small plastic idler pulley , I call tell him wrong , stuff , give Me my money , 3rd week I take off work , go to get my Money back ,No Money , they don't know when I'll get it back they just laughed about it.
Bought 2 machines and some attachments from these guys. There service manager and sales guys are awesome long after the sale!
