Desk staff Amy & Alexis, are very pleasant and polite. They assist with dental insurance payments and schedule follow-up appointments. My dental hygienist, Marlena, is awesome. She is most caring, gentle and ultimately makes my mouth feel healthy and happy.
Dr. Bold is the greatest tooth man in all of San Diego. Not that I’ve tried them all, but I don’t want to, because this is the place to go. Cleanings are thorough and painless. X-rays are quick and easy. Fillings are almost fun. Staff is always friendly and never call me names like those jerks in middle school did. 100% recommend . A plus. You won’t find a more pleasant dental experience.
Excellent customer service! Amy worked her magic to get me an appointment on a short timeline. Dr. Bold has such a great bedside manner and does excellent work, his assistant too! I highly recommend, and I will be back! Thank you.
We came here for a second opinion after a bad dental experience elsewhere. The front office staff was very friendly. They answer all your questions, are polite, and welcoming. They provided me with the treatment case upon request and called me to discuss the services needed and walked me through each line item and explained the insurance portion to me so it made sense.
