I contacted this company for a bid on driveway stain/sealant. I called and spoke to the receptionist, Cookie, who told me Aaron would call me. He called and we scheduled a day for him to go over to give me a bid. That day came and went so I called the receptionist again. She assured me he would call. Never heard from him again. I finally called Cookie and explained to her that I was glad I found out what type of customer service they provide and that I was going to provide others this information in a review.
I requested a quote from this company for an outdoor kitchen based on their website and "reviews" assuming they would be professional and do quality work. I met with Aaron and discussed what we had in mind. I knew they wouldn't be inexpensive but I was willing to pay more for good/quality service.
