This was my second visit to Bond 45. I suggested we take a friend for his birthday because my first visit was so delicious I have wanted to go back ever since! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food is outstanding. The crab cake is very large and is all crab meat and surrounded by delicious squash and vegetables. I liked the restaurant overall. The appetizer (pear salad) and my wife's entree (scallops) were great. I had the lasagna (which is how I judge an Italian restaurant). Unfortunately, the lasagna was disappointing - overcooked noodles that made it so mushy it was hard to distinguish between the noodles, cheese, and meat.
ThIs was a get together of old friends. None of us had been there before so we were not sure what to expect. That said, we arrived very early, got seated after just a few minutes. All the staff were attentive, courteous, and responsive. Our meal arrived promptly, with no errors. Everyones food was excellent. We will return soon.
I am an avid Open Table user and rarely write reviews but I had to in this case. I arranged a mommy and me day at the Gaylord National Harbor followed by dinner at Bond 45. The experience was quite memorable. The host was the best. I dine in NYC often and haven't received this level of service. Just what I wanted: a Thanksgiving lunch without the turkey! The Acorn Squash Soup was superb, and the Prime Ribeye Steak arrived just as I had ordered (medium rare),and was tender and juicy. The terramisu (?) was large enough for 2 or 3! I took half of the steak and half the dessert home, the meal was that filling.
Our needs were met with speed and accuracy. The quality of service throughout the visit was first class. From the call to ensure we didn't have specific needs to the flexibility in seating needs on Thanksgiving Day - we were impressed. The family style option worked well for our family. We will be returning!

It’s was my wife and I first time at Bond 45. Service was great. Noise level was great. We made a great decision looking for a upscale restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
My Fiance and I came here for dinner immediately following a proposal (She said yes!). Every aspect of our dinner and dining experience was flawless. We could not be more pleased with Bond 45's attention and hospitality on a very special night.
