This area is super cute. The patio overlooks National Harbor. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Inside is much more upscale.
The food was good even though the wait was long and fresh buns wasn’t hot and cup of water wasn’t cold .. the hostess took Caucasian couple before me and my date and we was there before them and I told the hostess that I had reservation
We had a great experience, it was like a great running car !!
Great food (the diver scallops with mushroom risotto was fantastic) and excellent service. We had a nice little table next to a window looking out at National Harbor. The waiter brought us complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate our anniversary and my husband's birthday. I would recommend Bond 45 for date night or a fun night out with friends.
We went for our first wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. I got the NY strip, wife got a ravioli and we got a side of brussel sprouts, all were excellent. However it was the staff that really made our visit special. The gave us complimentary champagne when we got there a lemoncello after the meal. I called ahead and let them know so they gave us a really nice table with a perfect view of the capital wheel and water front. After informing Bond 45 via OpenTable that this was an anniversary dinner we were give the best possible treatment by John, the manager, and his staff. They made it seem like we had the restaurant to our selves and I am sure there were other parties there given the same treatment. Will be back and highly recommend!
Steak was rather rare. My husband isn't much of a complainer so he didn't tell the waiter but it was more medium rare than medium. My drink also seemed to be extremely watered down compared to what I've had there several times prior.
The service was great. From the server to the manager.
My only complaint was, I ordered homemade pasta with seafood. The pasta was not homemade. That was a disappointment.
