DO NOT MISS BOND45. Not sure how to explain the (sorry) ridiculous negative reviews but this place is the real deal in National Harbor. The pictures posted do not do this spot justice. Because of the negative reviews we went early to scope out the joint before our reservation. Within minutes the executive chef was out from behind the kitchen explaining us how to prepare a perfect steak at home. Our server Rob was outstanding . I had a dish which I was not crazy about and he saw I wasn't eating it and he insisted I order something else.He was very attentive the whole time we were there.
Our first time dining at Bond 45. Our waiter was very nice and describing the various dishes. He recommended the steak with crabmeat and chicken parmesan, so we tried it. My husband really enjoy the steak with crabmeat. He enjoyed every bite. The chicken parmesan took up the whole plate and it was great. Definitely, we will be going back.
From description we expected a fine dining experience. It was actually closer to Marciano's Family restaurant. Large portions. Limited wine list. Due to the layout of the building you constantly have people walking by the back of your chair on the way to and from the bathroom. It was just OK.
Mothers Day Lunch. Came here for our Mothers Day Lunch. While I always appreciate my time with my beautiful family, I will say that this restaurant is WAY overrated and overpriced for the food And the service. Nothing special is coming out of here and we have been to the likes of the Inn at Little Washing
My guest absolutely loved the great food and outstanding service! We all mentioned coming back and bringing others to try more dishes. I was impressed with the ladies restroom - music, mouthwash and the hand towels. Bond 45 is a step above the average; keep up the good work!

Our fourth or fifth visit. Food was great. Disappointments came in service. Not professional servers like the Palm or elsewhere. Celebrated my husband's 50th without a complimentary drink or dessert or even a candle. Very frustrating. Finally the chocolate chip cookies at the end of the meal have shrunk to the size of a quarter. Do not intend to return again with so many other wonderful choices.
The staff is phenomenal great selections funny. The wait staff added so much to the experience
