Very good salads. Our only disappointment was that they were out of both of the Italian beers that we asked for; seemed a bit odd for a place that bills itself as an Italian steakhouse.
Because this was a special occasion for a friends 60th birthday I asked to be seated outside on the patio when I made the reservation..was told by the hostess (days before) that she would ask the manager. I think we got the worst table in the restaurant. It was embarrassing but the food was great. Didn't care for the atmosphere at all. Doubt I will go back.
Food was excellent. Cooked to perfection. Nice quiet atmosphere. Expensive for portions received but I expected the prices to be high due to location and it was a high end restaurant.
I have been a fan of Bond 45 for more than three years now, and enjoy dining there every time I visit the DC area. Since I do travel often, and visit friends and family in Maryland, we usually book a private dining room to enjoy the food, fellowship, and amazing service!

We spent a night at National Harbor for my wife's birthday. I came across this restaurant looking through Opentable listing. According to the members' ratings, there are a lot of disappointing restaurants in National Harbor. I am so glad that Bond 45 did not disappoint. I was actually quite surprised that a restaurant this good was not more crowded. They absolutely deserve more business. Group of 4.. Made reservations and was seated immediately. Servers Oscar and Sam were fantastic! Everyone loved their food with the exception of one who wasnt impressed by what was suppose to be jumbo lump crab cake.. Seemed to be more breeding then anything.. Had no intentions on complaining but when the manager came by our table and asked how was everything it was, the crab cake was mentioned and he immediately had the cooks prepare one to go! It was my first time to reserve online but I was glad I did it even at the last minute. I will defintely be doing the same thing in the future. We did not expect to have our own space but once we got there, we were impressed with our private corner. The family size mussels are great! I will definitely bring my seafood-lover friends here.
