I have read great reviews on this place, and have passed it numerous times on my visits to National Harbor. I decided to make a special trip here after visiting a DC college with my wife and daughter. As a steak place, I expected it be expensive, but the service and quality of food makes it well worth it. We actually got to the restaurant early, so the place was not busy. But what we saw was, they make everything from scratch. First of all, the Host was OUTSTANDING! Excellent customer service! Great personality and PERFECT seating with a view. Our waitress was supposedly new, but you couldn't tell. Very attentive, quick and friendly If they didn't tell us, I would assume that she was experienced. And the Restaurant Week food was delicious. I had the salmon, pear salad and tiramisu for a great deal. I will be back!
The atmosphere and scenic view was amazing. The service, waiter and manager who was present were very accommodating and provided extremely good service. The food however not so good. For the price that you're paying for food I expected better. As good as the service was, I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

I really enjoyed my evening out at Bond 45. Everything was until it became crowded, then the service all of sudden slowed down.
It's been a while since I'd eaten here. Overall the meal was fine - some of our seldctions were spot on - like the crab cake - other choices like the cowboy cut ribeye were just so so.. The complementary cookie at the end of the meal was nice touch, recommend that you serve them warm.
We went here for my husbands birthday and it was fantastic! The service and food was perfect and at the end we got complimentary fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, They were so good!
On the spot! The place was romantic.😊 I took my future wife here from out of town and she fell in love with the ambiance, hosting, service and the cooking was cook properly. It was a magical night and moment in our lives. We will be soon to return. Thank you Bond 45 for a night to remember.😊
