Visited Bond 45 before and the food was better during our last visit. The food was good but not great. The service was average...could be because our waiter was new (first day). I wish it was more kid friendly and that there were better choices for the kids on the menu.
While a tad overpriced ($47 for a strip steak) the food was excellent and service attentive. I'd recommend the prosciutto bar and the fried artichokes. It would be nice if they added a raw bar.
Location and scenic view was great. Outstanding service with excellent review of specials. Steaks were cooked/grilled to perfection. Would highly recommend. Bond 45 would definitely be selected for my next return to National Harbor for dinner
Food was good, not to die for! My wife and I was sat between to parties one small of 3 people and one large party of 10-14, made the dinner/meal long and loud, not private at all for a couple.
Appetizers and salads fair at best and overpriced. Steaks are expensive but as good as any of the top steakhouses. Eat outside weather permitting and get a great views of the water. Hostess did not listen to me that I had a reservation (not too crowded so we were seated immediately) so it initially looked like I was an Open Table no show. Service began poorly but did improve after we ate our appetizers.
Excellent food. Service not what you would expect when spending $40 plus per steak. This is no Ruth Chris or Morton's; however, the price is quite consistent with these restaurants. The waitor was nice enough; however, he had more table than I would expect in a fine dining establishment. His basic knowledge of the restaurant was lacking-- did not know the difference between medium rare and rare (had to look at the menu).
Good food, good service, good view (if you get to sit by the window). A bit pricey, but probably worth it for special occasions.
Great place for a customer dinner. A tad pricy but no more then what you would expect in the DC area.
over priced seated at table very close to kitchen door no view
