Great food and service. If not eating before show wait until after 7.30pm as very noisy pre-show start. If we return to New York we would definitely eat there again.
This was our first visit to their new location and although it was smaller, it was still comfortable and now more cozy! Our service was so personable and we chatted about Broadway shows. Which is fine with me since I do not get into NYC much and I starve to hear the latest Broadway news. Needless t say, our dinner was delicious and the wine list is extremely exciting. You won't be disappointed so make your reservation now. Salute.
Food was good waiter was attentive for first 30mins and then rushed our food out which we appreciated but never saw him again u til he brought the check
Excellent service, food and atmosphere.
We arrived at 5:30, told our waiter we needed to leave at 6:30 for a 7 pm curtain and ordered. Our main course was served to us at 6:20 pm. Delicious food, but horribly rushed dining experience. Disappointing.
Beautiful spot in central park!
We had a 5:15 reservation and from then until we left at 7:10 the crowds kept coming. And with good reason. The food has become surprisingly good. In the past we only had pizza which was priced high for what it was. Now, we decided we would come back for the food. The soup was chock full of veggies and beans and was not overly salty. The lasagne was the best I’ve ever had! And ask for a table downstairs ... pretty restaurant but better downstairs
