New location. Sat in lower level which was not as fancy as upstairs setting that I remember in old location. Food was great and ambiance was nice service as always was great. Always can count on this place and always have dinner there when we are in the city.
Perfect pre-theatre spot. Had a nice dinner with my daughters = shared a few smaller plates and enjoyed! One drawback - small tables on top of one another. But food was good and we all enjoyed. Seemed that everyone was coming or going to a show and understood our situations. Got through with a smile. Also a little odd - the unisex bathrooms which take a little getting used to.
The appetizer bar was delicious, and the food and service was excellent. Great location for before or after the theater. I will definitely go back again!
Great place for the holidays! Wonderful food. Have been going here since I was a kid. ORDER THE MOOSE FOR DESSERT!
We had our pre-theatre dinner at Bond 45. The place was bustling. Space was a bit tight. I remember the old location as more spacious. The food was delicious-we had the filet mignon & shrimp scampi risotto. Only complaint is the long line at the restrooms.
Very loud and noisy pre-theater. Food was only lukewarm when served. Glass of Montepulciano was listed on the winelist as $14; waiter asked if I wanted 5 oz or 8oz (difference in glass size NOT noted on the wine list); I opted for 8 oz and when the bill came the price was $22 - very steep for a normal sized glass of wine.
We eat at Bond 45 whenever we're in New York. The pasta is amazing, and they will do everything they can to make sure you get in and out before a show.
Great food, chicken parm was a huge portion and excellent. Definitely recommend.
Very welcoming host. Great job handling coats and bags for party of 8. Server was helpful, attentive and personable. Overall service made the experience and we were worried going in that this would be a theater/tourist trap...not at all. All the main dishes were very good. The antipasto portions were smaller than expected and quality was good, not great. I preferred the old location but the restaurant did lot lose its charm in the new location.
