We stumbled upon Bond 45 while celebrating my partner's 72nd birthday on Broadway. We had made reservations at a trendier restaurant, but were intrigued by Bond 45's established nostalgic feel, and we are very thankful we did. The General Manager Dustin and our waiter Marvin went out of their way to make it a very memorable experience; and gifted us a bottle of champagne. The food was delicious and the setting and service was world class. Thank you Bond 45, Mike and Bob

We ate at Bond 45 before the theatre one night this past week. It was insanely busy, and it took about 10 minutes to be seated - then another 10 minutes before we were given water. But then things moved quickly. Our server and the host were cheerful, witty, and helpful, and that made up for the chaos. The food was very good - not stellar, but good. The portions were enormous, though, so think about sharing with someone else in your party. Only two vegetarian choices on the menu, FWIW - a cheese/spinach ravioli (delicious) an... read more

Very good for pre-theater. We arrived earlier than our reservation time so we had time to kill. Not a problem. We were seated and not rushed in an effort to turn the table. Service was very good and appropriately attentive. Food was very good. Not inexpensive but portions and quality provided value. Recommend the vegetable ante-pasta.

Pre-theater dinner is their specialty. We were seated, in and out within 90 minutes without feeling rushed. The reservation page encourages a 5:30 reservation before a 8:00 show, which is generous.

This restaurant is so good that I am reluctant to give it the review it deserves for fear that I won't be able to get a table. This is my all time favorite theater district restaurant---period!

The service was wonderful, the Caprese Salad was one of the best I can ever remember having. The veal was tasty but was a bit chewy and dry. the sauce was what saved it. The service was certainly top notch!!

Great food but missing is the fabuluous flat bread they no longer serve, the best pizza in town whenever you want it, not just after 8 pm and an assortment of bread and rolls, not just the choice of the precut two. But even so a great meal and the do get you out in time for your show. And of course we miss the free yes you read it right, free dinner during the month of your birthday!

The burrata mozzarella was great. The food was so so. Lasagna was huge but the veal was skimpy. Way over priced.

Went before the theater and the restaurant was crowded and very loud -- we could hardly hear each other. The food was just ok. The veal piccata was over sauced and the veal chop parmigiana was too tough to cut. It was a gigantic portion, hot and gooey, but I had to ask for a steak knife and even that didn't help. The waiters were very attentive. Best part was the free chocolate butter crunch offered at the door.
