Went pre theatre this week. Was very pleasantly surprised and this will be my "go back to" when seeing a show. I had the roast chicken and they were happy to accommodate all special requests, sauce on side, sub veggies etc....Friend had delicious grilled bronzino, extremely moist. Outstanding food and service . Downstairs dining has an added benefit ....a water view. We loved the calamari, salads and pastas. The chocolate cake was outstanding

I love this new Bond 45 location and atmosphere. I live in the neighborhood, and have been here several times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food is great. My favorite is the Chicken Pepperoni Parmigiana
Average restaurant , with average food with good service
The new Bond 45 location is still having some start-up challenges. My wife’s gluten free pasta was late and over cooked. My steak came out luke warm and fries were cold. The fried artichoke hearts appetizer was perfect and one of the dishes we loved at the old location. The manager made it right for us.
On a rainy, humid and windy Sunday, we were greeted like family. Smiling and gracious. Seated at appropriately sized table, comfortable chairs good lighting. Waitress had great knowledge of the food, suggestions were spot on. The three veggie appetizers were each a gem. Fragrant and delicious. Bond 45's new (W. 46th St.) venue is as attractive as the old one, and as reliable for a pre-theatre lunch or dinner. Service was friendly and helpful. The food seems to be hit-or-miss: my companions both pronounced their Tordelli Bolognese "delicious," but the Caesar salad appetizer, which consisted of a few leaves of uncut Romaine lettuce, three or four garlic crackers, and a decent Caesar dressing, wasn't worth the $13 the restaurant charges--I mean, come on, guys, it's *lettuce*; you can afford to be generous.
