Had the ribollita soup (delicious) and the scampi appetizer--great sauce, entree-sized portion was nice, but the shrimp was not so fresh. husband felt same about fillet of sole. would try other things on menu, but many other good restaurants to try.
Best pre theatre restaurant ever. Consistently wonderful.
We've walked past the funky pink sign and thought- no. But the experience was wonderful; we ate early New Year's Eve as we had plans for the evening. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful. We will be back!
We usually love Bond 45 for our pre- and post-theater dining. However last Sunday, January 1, 2011, everything was off. We had to ask to for bread - this NEVER happens here. And requests for refills on water had to be made multiple times. Food and drinks took a lot longer than expected. The place was packed but that isn't an excuse, especially for such a professional establishment in the heart of tourist land.
The food was fabulous but our waiter was MIA every chance he got.
Always go when I am seeing a show, great antipasta bar, yummy super think Italian style pizzas, pastas and everything else I have tried has been reliably good. Great pre or post theater restaurant, loud and vibrant.
I took my 12 year old daughter and her aunt out for an after show dinner. I did not know what to expect. We come to the city very frequently and always try to find somewhere new to eat. We had a very attentive, friendly waiter and the food was excellent. The fried calamari and shrimp were not fried but more on the gourmet side of fried. The best we ever had! The only thing that may be a problem for some, was that it is a bit pricey. If you like italian food and the hustle and bustle of NYC go to BOND 45.

Dinner for 6 was outstanding. The calamari was crisp and hot. Mozzerella to share was excellent. All entrees were cooked as requested, and were wonderful. The restaurant was full, but service was still attentive and excellent.
