Kia Forte Service Repair After 4 years of owning my Forte, it had it's first very minor repair (a pulley). The customer service rep was very polite and quickly scheduled my car to be evaluated. They diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, ordered the part, and repaired it in no time flat with no cost to me, as they honor their warranty - unlike some other car dealerships. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, especially dealing with a car. Highly recommend Boniface Hiers dealership!
Another Super Experience As always Tiger was on his game. He took care of me in a professional and expeditious manner. He told me the process would take about 2 hours and was right on with his estimate The paint and fabric sealant are wonderful and it brings out the hues in the leather even more. Very dramatic. 2016 KIA Easy to deal with and they always have for you even after you buy
service- 25.,0000 mile check-up Brought my Kia in for 3 year service check- good waiting room, good service, but the only thing they did not do, was wash and Vacuum my car like they did with all my other service check-ups. Maybe because my free warranty service contract was no longer active. But since I spent $161.00, I thought I would get that service too! But friendly and courteous.
