My family and I have been going to Dr. Mitchler for more than 15 years. We have been very happy with Dr. Mitchler and his staff -- always professional, kind and gentle. Dr. Mitchler's work is beautiful and it lasts. I've recommended Dr. Mitchler to my friends and family and I believe he is the best dentist in Sonoma County.

We've been with Dr. Mitchler for years and are generally happy. However, I was taken aback that a procedure that took 20 minutes cost just under $800! Also, we are disappointed that Mary is gone. For years Mary kindly let us pay our huge bills that we pay out of pocket in installments which we always paid. The new woman looked unhappy when I asked if I could pay the $800 bill in 2 installments.

I'm a long-time patient who left the area and recently returned. Last week Kurt and Cindy took excellent care of a difficult crown replacement for me. I have 100% faith in Dr. M's skill and expertise. He is A+, and Cindy is like a superb 2nd violin, not just an assistant. Between them, they explain the process, choreograph everything perfectly, keep you informed, and make you comfortable (who else has ceiling videos?). Marykay does an excellent job as always! Looking forward to completing my deep cleaning with her. However, I felt that this procedure was not explained fully to me. I was told it was $259 and now it is going to be four times that amount. Since I do not have insurance, that is not a fun surprise.

As always, Dr. Mitchler and Cindy are consummate professionals and handled my dental needs expertly. I did want to comment on that I was extremely surprised and disappointed to see personnel changes in the office.
