Overall, good first experience. My concerns were addressed and treatment planning was clear. The staff are generally personable and friendly. The treating staff seemed a bit flustered and slightly overwhelmed, which kind of worried me, but maybe because they are very busy.
My experience at my last visit was great. The doctor and the assistant made sure that I was comfortable.
Dr. Hegde and her staff are amazing. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hegde for several years now and I trust her 100% with all of my dental care needs. Her patients are her number one priority and I always know I’m in excellent hands. In addition, Liz at the front desk is extremely kind. Having her warm personality greet us upon arrival certainly makes our dental experience even better!
Staff were awesome, including Dr. B! The place is a little “outdated”, could use some aesthetic, modern upgrades. Other than that, it’s a “one stop shop”.
I'm always pleased with the service that is provided to me.
