Ryan was a pleasure to work with! He was very attentive to my needs. Ryan had a fast turn around period when responding to my questions. He was very flexible with his time in showing homes that I was interested in. I could tell he was truly looking out for my best interest and not just trying to sell me a home. I used Ryan as a buyers' agent on a 1031 exchange, investment property purchase. He was excellent at making sure the process moved along smoothly, dealing with the sellers' agent to hit on deadline dates. He knows the process, as well as the local RE landscape. We used Ryan to buy and sell our 1st home. He went above and beyond for us. Met up with us any time we wanted to see a house. We now live in Knoxville TN and are looking to buy another home. I hope to find a realtor like Ryan to work with us.
