I wish I could give 10 stars from the the after hours gal who answered the phone because, she was on top of it and had Mike called me back quickly to Mike himself !! Last evening was very snowy as well as an undercoat of ice on our roads making the roads very dangerous ,but he was still going to make it to our guests in Blowing Rock however, our guests deemed it to dangerous for him to drive and we put our guests in another room for the night instead.
