I have been extremely pleased with Boone Heating & AC since beginning to use their Annual Safety and Efficiency Program for my Mitsubishi Mini Split system last year. We have two visits each year for maintenance and cleaning and have been fortunate to have Luke K as our technician each visit. Boone Heating and Air has gotten us out of a couple binds here recently. First is when our heating went out completely in our temporary housing during one of our sub-zero snowstorms. The technician was thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left (the roads were so crappy that day too so I was shocked he came out to begin with). I really appreciated having Henry’s help at our home in Boone a few weeks back. He came out to the house quickly, completed the work, and gave me a call afterwards to explain what was done. He went above and beyond to explain what was going on with my system.
