RecommendedI started with 10%, I called veterans help group within a year I'm at 90% unemployable.
THIS GROUP IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEFS. THE FIRST ATTORNEY CUSS ME FOR NO REASON AT ALL. THE SECOND GOT ME FROM 50 TO TDIU BUT WHEN IT CAME TO MY BACK PAY SHE SAID THE HELL WITH ME AND REFUSE TO CONTINUE TO REPRESENT ME. I HAVE ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY FILE AND THEY SENT ME A BLANK CD AND ALSO THEY OWE ME $2,700.00 THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME. I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT EITHER SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO GET A COLLECTION AGENCY INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT.

Scheduled an appointment for evaluation today for 11am. Planned my day around it. Evaluation was supposed to be from 11-11:15 and I waited until 11:20 before I called. Spoke to the receptionist who fed me some story about switching systems and was left with “we’ll get to you when we can… not sure when. Have a good weekend” which to me says it’s not happening any time soon. What’s the point of having a scheduling system if you don’t even use it? You never get any updates or know the status of your case. You will never actually get to speak with a attorney. Basically your just in the blind. I've been going through this since 2013/2014 until now and I still don't have a clue where I stand or if I'm still being represented by them.🤷🏾 So from my experience, I don't think I would recommend to another service member.
RecommendedI have been fighting with the VA for 6 years to be rated for Individual Un-Employability. This past January I saw a post on Facebook from Bosley and Bratch and decided to give them a try.
