They came to perform a scheduled maintenance. Did a very good job. They were punctual and professional. Happy to do business with them again.
They are efficient, courteous, professional and on time. They have serviced my gas furnace and A/C for the last five years. While a little on the pricey side, they have several club plans available to reduce overall costs.

Gave a time a tech would arrive to evaluate situation, and he arrived on time. Was very courteous, knowledgeable, and provided a couple different solutions to meet our budget. Climate Partner installed a tankless hot water heater - they answered all my questions and responded quickly to phone questions. Darren, was efficient, prompt, thoughtful and made the installation process quite pleasant. Afterward there was an issue with the master shower - which Darren handled promptly and efficiently. At all times he was courteous, neat and professional. Climate Partners always responded to my calls promptly and the office staff was always courteous and helpful. They get my highest recommendation.
Climate Partners sent me an electrician named Quincy. He was great. He explained what he was going to do, then went about completing his task. When he finished he yn showed me what he had done, cleaned up and left. I would highly recommend Quincy. I found him to be a very friendly and well mannered gentleman. Sales and office staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive in obtaining a cost proposal and scheduling the work. Installers were neat, hard working and polite. Install went well, and hope that equipment will be working smoothly.
