All the employees were good. The Doctor did not seem patient friendly.plus would be nice to have a courtesy call after oral surgery to see how patient is healing.
I was scared to death of my surgery today but everyone was so nice and made it as comfortable as they could and did an amazing job. I'm so glad I found a practice that actually cares about their patience which lacks greatly with many other medical facilities. Thank you everyone. You have greatly improved my life because I know once I'm healed the nightmare is over. I'd recommend Boston Oral and Facial surgery to anyone and everyone.

My experience at the Boston Oral& Facial Surgery was wonderful! From booking the appointment with Katie to being assisted by their nurse Cheryl and then meeting the Great Dr. Chan. I can honestly say I was terrified to have 4 back teeth removed but everyone was very reassuring. Also I am a methadone maintenance client and from the moment Dr. Chan and Katie knew my circumstances they were respectful of my situation and did not make me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Chan was the best. He did it so fast and he knew so much. He knew what he was talking about and was compassionate to my daughter and me by making sure she will be ok. I was very impressed and he was on point on the post OP. I wish he was my regular dentist and my daughter loved him. Thank you and your staff for making us feel calm and comfortable.
I am very pleased with the extraction Dr. Chan performed. I was referred to this office because I'm very anxious and wanted to be sedated. Dr. Chan was very candid with me about the extraction and the cost. Although nervous I proceeded without sedation and the procedure was quick and painless! I would come back if necessary for anything else. Thank you to Dr. Chan, and his professional staff!
