All the employees were good. The Doctor did not seem patient friendly.plus would be nice to have a courtesy call after oral surgery to see how patient is healing.
I was scared to death of my surgery today but everyone was so nice and made it as comfortable as they could and did an amazing job. I'm so glad I found a practice that actually cares about their patience which lacks greatly with many other medical facilities. Thank you everyone. You have greatly improved my life because I know once I'm healed the nightmare is over. I'd recommend Boston Oral and Facial surgery to anyone and everyone.

My experience at the Boston Oral& Facial Surgery was wonderful! From booking the appointment with Katie to being assisted by their nurse Cheryl and then meeting the Great Dr. Chan. I can honestly say I was terrified to have 4 back teeth removed but everyone was very reassuring. Also I am a methadone maintenance client and from the moment Dr. Chan and Katie knew my circumstances they were respectful of my situation and did not make me feel uncomfortable.
