Overall it went well for the install. A few things that would've helped - Came with incorrect equipment and had to go back to the shop to get it - made the install longer - Better ducting : I had to ask to reposition a duct as it wasn't well placed, it wasn't the end of the world but these things need to be done well to allow for future maintenance - Better quality control : not fully checking that things work, had to come back the next day. This concerns the purchase and installation, by Boston Standard, of a Rinnai RU199i indoor tankless hot water heater. First, the installer seems to have done a very good job. He also stuck to the tight time frame we gave him. This is appreciated. (Although the unit does have some small rust spots on the top front, which is a bit disconcerting.) Declun was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He even helped me figure out which heating unit, in my basement, was the one that was to my condo (and he wrote my condo unit number on it, so I would know)! Then he measured the size of the replacement filter I needed to order online to replace the filter in my ceiling. He had a great attitude and was extremely helpful!
