I have to express how nice the service representatives are at Bottini. I've had over utility companies over charged us, send us the wrong bills, and never pick up the phone. I called the other day to open an account and Dana Capuano was so helpful. She knew exactly what information I needed and went out of her way to be helpful. We have twins on the way and we've been stressed about our bills. Dana went the extra mile and it really makes a difference. Thanks for all you do.
I've been a customer for years, but not for much longer. The short of it is, they never told me my price cap plan I had for 2 years, did not extend in my 3rd year, so for all of 2022 I was paying top dollar for my deliveries. I also called to schedule my oil burner cleaning last summer, and their first available apt was not until March 2023 they have the nerve to charge me for a new service contract and cleaning when the last one was not done. Horrible! In an emergency when I ran out of propane, just getting over Covid and three kids at home they refused to deliver to me because I was not an auto-filler and the person on call was rude and nasty. Called in the morning and they told me they had nothing for 2 days mind you it is negative 2 degrees outside. Unacceptable! These are not times to tell customers you cant or wont when its freezing outside and we have small children and have been a good customer for 3 yrs. Extremely disappointed.
These people are the worst, uncaring and money hungry, nothing else matters to them. The only reason I used them this time was due to heap. I called them today because I am almost out of fuel and could only afford $250 to 300. That wasn't good enough for them they said the minimum I had to pay was $454.00. They said if they did any less there was the possibility of an issue at the fill site. I do not like their maintenance practice
I had my Central AC serviced. The technician asked me for new batteries as the old ones died. He replaced the batteries. I asked him why the temperature was 76 in the house if I had the thermostat set on 69. The technician told me that when the battery is replaced everything will reset back to the original settings. This is not the case! The thermostat is now on a temporary setting and the time is in correct. Lousy service. I've been waiting for a month for a repair with parts scattered all over my living room. Total lack of coordination.
Review didn't accept the png photo and post button was not activated.
Never materialized. Was led to believe, over several phone calls, I would have a late-day tuneup. Driver claims to have called, but I have no message or call attempts logged in my phone. At this stage well do an end of season tuneup since we cant get another appointment any earlier.
