The walleye was perfect. The service was very good. The waiter met all of our expectations. The one thing that was not up to our expectations was the spinach and artichoke dip. The cheese was too solid and was minimal The other ingredients were overpowering the rest of the dip. Our expectation was for something similar to Applebee's spinach dip where there is plenty of cheese in the appropriate consistency for dipping the chips, and the other ingredients are minimal. It is also served very hot, whereas your dip was not.
