I have been eating at Boulder Creek since it opened and one of my go to meals is the black bean quesadilla from the appetizer menu. Last evening when it was delivered to my table, I immediately noticed that the tortilla is no longer the red one (tomato) along with the sauce being a different color. I was open minded and tasted both the tortilla and sauce and the flavors have been changed. I much prefer the old quesadilla.
