We go to Bolder creek often. The food is always great and service even better. But not on March 10th. I ordered my steak hot pink Med. to med well. It was served more then rare. I sent the steak back when it was returned much the same very rare. They must have someone new at the grill this has never happen before. We did receive comp on the bill and a dessert. Boulder Creek is fantastic when it comes to special requests. Tough to find a quiet table for business conversation in most venues, but they made the effort and succeeded. Food was great, and our waiter was learning how to best serve. Nice kid. Like having a local place for casual dining and fit for business discussions, also.
