It’s a good Restaurant! The service was great; the manager came over after suspecting (most likely told by our waitress) I was not very happy with how the meal was prepared or tasted. My girlfriend’s was much better. I believe he offered dessert on the house. I’d go again.
Always a great experience at Boulon. I live in the neighborhood and I'm a frequent visitor. From the GM Carlos, to the wonderful hostesses and staff, you will not find a better run restaurant with great service every time!
The service was excellent: John did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to make our experience a pleasant one. The food was great in terms of flavor, presentation and portion sizes. The facility is clean, modern, beautifully set and decorated. Dined here for my actual birthday! The ambiance and the food was top tier. Service could have been better and for it to be my birthday they could have done a little something to make a girl feel special. Overall the best burger I’ve had!
Love this place, but one bad apple ruins the experience We visit here often and absolutely love the food, the vibe, and almost all of the staff. We’ve never had a bad experience with any of the other bartenders or servers—they are usually fantastic! However, this is now the second time we’ve been served by the same bartender (he has long black hair kept in a man bun), and both times have been absolutely miserable experiences. Had a reservation for an anniversary dinner, and I am so pleased we chose to celebrate it at Boulon. The restaurant is beautiful, lots of natural light, clean elegant design and tables. Food was incredible. For appetizers we ordered the pain maison (salted butter was good quality), and pork belly confit. Sticky toffee pudding was amazing! Great service. Very attentive. Food is always amazing.
Our service was perfect. Kristin, worth asking for. We sat outside, it was quiet & comfortable. Food was excellent.
Fabulous!! Our server James was so engaging and knowledgeable and everything we ordered was delicious!! The French Martini, French onion soup, escargot, I could go on!!! This will be a definite repeat!
