Had a great experience at Boulon. Went before a Lightning game and had a couple things off their Mid Day menu, everything was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter did a great job making sure we got everything in a timely manner and made it to the game on time.

The service and quality of the food was outstanding. We enjoyed a wonderful evening of great food, service and a Live Tampa crowd. High recommend Boulon to those who want an elegant venue and excellent food / service.

Food is wonderful, certain night it is loud hard to make conversation with music so loud.
This used to be our favourite spot in Tampa, but the food has really declined. They were clearly understaffed—the server was doing their best, but it was tough for them to keep up.
First visit,…. Energetic vibes. Steak tartare great, however, asked for more potato chips and charged us $3, not out life savings but don’t nickel and dime me when an item costs $26, u are a losing money giving me a few extra chips. Snapper good, potato pie good except a bit runny. Would recommend and would go back when in Tampa

Boulon Brasserie delivered — and then some. From the moment we walked in, Taylor at the front had already done her homework. She'd read my reservation notes and took us to the quietest spot available. Now, let me be clear — Boulon isn't quiet, and that's exactly the point. The energy in that room is electric.
