Simply the best experience! The food and service were wonderful. I would highly recommend for both business and pleasure.
First time at Boulon Brasserie and we loved it! We had a great brunch, the restaurant is lovely and very tastefully decorated. The food was wonderful and our server was very attentive. We will definitely be returning soon!
Angeline was friendly and attentive. The fish sandwich was amazing.
Dined for dinner and lunch this past weekend. The food was excellent. I especially liked the shrimp Nola for brunch and the beef bourguignon for dinner. The dining room is gorgeous and makes your visit feel special. The only aspect of the ambience that I disliked was the constant techno music in the background. I am not looking for a night club vibe when I seek a fine dining experience. There was one moment when the music died down and all one heard was the happy energy of fellow diners’ voices.

We had a great experience overall here. The food was amazing - drinks were even better! Their wine selection is excellent! The food portions were to perfection - only suggestion i have is the options & display of their charcuterie board. Main cheese was the blue (which no one touched) - but they offered to bring out more crostini’s which was a perk because the plate only game with 4. Minus this small tweak, everything was superb!
The food and our server were excellent. But we waited about forty minutes for our reserved table. I understand things happen beyond the restaurant’s control, but it’s all about how the restaurant handles that and this was not handled well. We were first told our table was being cleared. 10 minutes later I walked up to check. One of the hostesses repeated that our table was being cleared. I said we were told that 10 minutes ago. Extremely loud and hard to hear. Order steak medium. Half of it was medium rare and the other half was well done. Hors d’oeuvres were good and dessert was just OK. 
It was a cold night in Tampa and the beef bourguignon with mashed potatoes made it a perfect night out.
