The delivery of a crib, high chair and car seat was all i expected. I was kept updated of the delivery time and when they were near the house. When the items arrived I was given a little tutorial how to work the high chair and crib and I was texted instructions how to place the car seat. For pickup I had to push the time back a few hours because i needed the car seat for the airport drop off. This was not a problem . I was accommodated graciously. Ryan was absolutely amazing! I have never received such excellent customer service from anyone for anything. He was super friendly and print and had no complaints working with us to get us exactly what we needed for the week even after numerous reservation changes. After delivering the rentals to me at the airport he made sure I knew how to install the car seat and even sent me a text with a YouTube tutorial after he left just to make double sure.
