We LOVE BowHaus (both locations) but I take my pup Baxster to the Boulder location regularly. The staff are always kind, helpful, and Mikala is a gem. She treats my bubbie like I’m sure she would her own dog. They probably do that with them all which as a dog mom I SO appreciate. They have a certain way of doing things to protect the dogs and owners not to impose on safety or inconvenience anyone like some have mentioned. Autumn is great. She is knowledgeable and does great work. She shares tips as well on how to manage hard to manage fur such as my pooches fur.
These folks are amazing! They took incredible care of my rescue pooch for his groom. They loved on him and by the time I came to pick him up, he was friends with Autumn. I am so impressed with how well they took care of my dog! If I could give 100 stars, I would.

The people who work there are so nice and you can tell they love the dogs. The place is super clean, I can watch my dog on the camera. most importantly I know he is well taken care of.
