We LOVE Bowhaus! They are so patient and caring towards our pups. Dexter is so excited every Thursday when we drop him off and pick him up at daycare. He is a flight risk and we are able to enjoy our vacations with peace of mind that he won't run away when we board him. Although our little Ash is too anxious to be at daycare, the staff is still so friendly when he comes with us too pick up big brother.
I shout out only pure praise for the Bowhaus-Erie and their staff! They pride themselves on customer service and it sure shows! Being from out of town, we just stopped in to check the place out as a possible daycare for our dogs when we come to spend time with family. Lisa was so wonderful! She dropped what she was doing and walked us around the facility. I couldn't believe how clean and sanitary it was!
