I met with Carl today, he was super helpful and let us try multiple mattresses. I was unsure about how BoxDrop worked at first but I would recommend them. Absolutely no pressure to buy which was awesome. I hate that pushiness. We ended up get a full box spring and mattress. I would definitely take husband back to look for our king-size in the future. Thanks Carl, my son like his new mattress.

Best shopping experience hands down! Carl provided superior customer service . There was no trying to sell me up on a more expensive item. I explained exactly what I was looking for in a mattress and he showed me exactly what I was asking for. So many businesses could take a few lessons from Carl!
