What a pleasant experience!! My husband called, Carl was able to see us today and we came home with a great mattress. The selection was good and we got a great mattress for the price of a discount mattress. I whole heartedly recommend BoxDrop and Carl!

We just bought a terrific mattress and it was a great experience. Not only were the prices really low, customer service was top notch. Best of all there were none of those crazy furniture salespeople following you all around!
Carl is super knowledgeable and was very open to helping us get what we wanted, rather than just selling us a mattress. He explained warranties and answered any questions we had and made us at ease with the whole experience. Great price on what we purchased as well! Will definitely be back when the need for a mattress arises again!
