I had ordered a box spring from somewhere else. Bad idea!! There was a miscommunication with delivery with the other company so I wasn’t going to get my order for a couple of weeks. I called box drop and they were able to get one to me the next day. And the cost was less as well! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this business enough for your mattress and furniture needs. I’ve been a customer since they started out of a single storage unit. Now they have a large retail space and two delivery trucks. The staff is professional and helpful and the quality is great at unbeatable prices. The delivery guys were extremely careful and also professional. And it’s locally owned and not a national chain store.
Fantastic experience! Friendliest people and amazing deals. Bought an adjustable base and hybrid mattress for so much less than we thought!

Recently went into BoxDrop Cadtle Rock to just look around and check it out. After the incredible friendly service from Carl we ended up walking out with a mattress that beat the quote we had already got from a different place that day. As well as we returned the next day for a sectional that was perfect for our home. Even when the sectional had a manufacturing defect, Carl took care of us by contacting the manufacturer and just trading the piece out due to the inconvenience it would of cause to wait for them to fix it.
