Driver side rear window in our Cadillac Escalade failed and dropped into the door cavity. Boyd Chevrolet jumped to our rescue and ordered the window mechanism and repaired the window for our return trip. We are extremely grateful to CHRIS LYDA our service representative for his prompt attention to our emergency and arranging the repair on short notice.
