I called and they were supposed to order my tire for next day delivery. When I called the following day the tire had not been ordered. They did order it the second day, the following day it was mounted and balanced,

Boyd is the best Chevy dealership in the WNC area! The service rep is awesome and worked diligently on my behalf to get a replacement battery for my 2020 Bolt. She updated me weekly about the availability of a battery and scheduled an appointment immediately when it arrived. The entire service department is very friendly, skilled and efficient. Boyd is now my go to Chevy dealership.
