Took 2weeks to get a service appointment - Had & still have a high pitch squeak in my breaks - nothing was brought to my attention about it - I live 40miles from there - not easy to get to and when I come I would like to make sure everything is completed
The service department was clean & comfortable, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They even washed my car for me, & got it all done in time for me to pick my grandson up from school!

As far as I know the car was there to have a tire repaired and put back on the car. I was not told of anything else being done even though you mentioned two other things. Why?

Pleasant service personnel, was able to schedule - Service oil change Quickly and finished as estimated - ID open Air bag recall, but replacement not yet avail at dealer - examined codes for engine light - Reset codes and conducted repair covered by extended warranty. - upon completion, experienced beneficial confidence that my truck was 100% to tow my 35 foot travel trailer from Hendersonville NC to Charleston SC for a week vacation and return with my wife and Grandchildren; Safely !
