I am very pleased with the service at my last appointment.
The past few years I have had my Cadillac serviced here. Always friendly and excellent customer service.
It was awesome! I hardly had to wait. It was so pleasant!
Traded the Captiva for a 2018 XT5 with less than 10K miles
Speedy service at a good price. Excellent customer service! They went out of their way to give me a ride when the batteries were dead to get me to a local parts store and back. Best service I've ever experienced from a dealership!
Pleasant experience; paid a fair price; received a fair price for my trade-in. A bit of a glitch when I learned from my insurance carrier that a change hadn't been initiated. I thought they were handling the insurance; I was wrong.
Steven listened to the issues that I was having and for the first time in months things are working as expected.
Excellent service...friendly folks!!
Got there early for my appointment but service area seemed to be very behind schedule. Took so much longer for an oil change that was scheduled!
