2/25/22, I just had an issue with my heat pump after the recent ice storm. I called Brackett Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. and they were at my door within 45mins. They corrected the issue at a very reasonable price and I’m warm again. I can not thank Brackett Heating & Air enough for the excellent service and fair pricing. We have the annual maintenance pkg on our two systems and we feel it is reasonably priced and have had no problems with either system. BRACKETT comes out twice a year, inspects, cleans and changes the filters in both units. They are always prompt, courteous, and explain what they did on every maintenance visit. I switched my office heating and air company to BRACKETT a couple of years ago, my co-worker and I were so impressed with their service, we both now use BRACKETT in our own homes!
