RecommendedLate review but 2 summers ago my AC went out and it was awful. We were expecting a child in September and it was unbearable. Every company I called was a month and half out from getting to my house. I called Brackett and yes they were busy as well, but after hearing I needed an AC quickly I was on the books for someone to service the next day. Yes my AC was done for and needed a new one.
