Brad and the people who work with him (Julie and Matthew, sorry if I forgot anyone) work very hard with you to meet your goals at closing and ensure you are prepared at closing. For example, Ibwanted to close on a Friday before a long holiday weekend, but I had snafoos in my account info (the snafoos were my fault, not their!) - and these issues threatened closing that day. They got on the phone with me for hours, worked it out, and I had house keys by 5.

I did my original financing for my home in 2018 with The Ainsworth Group. At that time I had an intention to refinance in 3 years to a better financial situation. When the interest rate hit 2.5% I approached Brad and he thought that now was a good time to refinance, even though I was 6 months earlier than my projected 3 year refinance.
