The loan process in this transaction was so easy. I would say Brad's style of communication is very reassuring. Brad does not remove himself from the process once the transaction is underway. This amazing Town Square team was always willing to assist us in a gracious manner. Brad went above and beyond when he paid the appraiser for the "rush" on the appraisal, even though it was due to extending the Option Period. Overall, I felt like I was not alone but, had a partner in this transaction.
